Industrial Robotix offers extensive Mechanical and Electrical Engineering value-added services.
Mechanical Engineering and Design:
We utilize Solidworks Premium 3D design software with FEA and motion simulation capabilities, Autodesk Inventor HSM, Autodesk Fusion, AutoCAD, SolidCAM integrated 3D 4axis CAM software with Mill Turn, RobotMaster offline programming, Fanuc Robotics Roboguide simulation software, Motoman MotoSIM simulation software, Creaform VX Elements and VX Model for reverse engineering. We can also perform detailed simulation studies of work cells, offline programming, and FEA analysis / motion studies of assemblies when required. We utilize in-house CNC machining centers, CNC plasma, CNC waterjet, and robotic plasma and welding systems - parts are produced directly from the CAD model.
Electrical Engineering and Design:
PLC programming, robot system programming and integration, controls system design, panel building, HMI programming and integration. We work with Allen Bradley / Rockwell hardware, Logix Designer 5000, RSLogix 500, Factory Talk View, and other Rockwell software tools to design PLC and safety systems. Other PLC / HMI programming from Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Fanuc, Automation Direct, ABB and more is also available per customer request.
