The SP1000 Robotic Welding Cell from Industrial Robotix
This is a very compact, versatile welding cell offering plug & play connection at your plant. Common platform for very fast installation. Multiple SP1000 three-axis servo positioner options available for varying payload, span, and swing dimensions. It also can be supplied with a wide range of new or used robots from Fanuc, Motoman, ABB, OTC, and more!
Our Gen 2 system includes an Allen Bradley PLC/Safety package (CompactGuardLogix) with 9" color panelview HMI.
Standard features include:
*SP1000 turn table with servo positioning, 180 degree oscillating sweep, Welker shot pin, H-frame construction with steel table tops and bolt-on aluminum bolster
plates standard. Payloads up to 3000# per side, multiple tooling and sub plate options.
